What is PREO?
PREO is a single advisor that remembers everything about your property, understands the market around it, and explains decisions in plain language. Not a portal, not a listings site, and not a broker with a deal to close.
Who is PREO for?
Individual owners and buyers rather than institutions. First-time buyers deciding whether to buy now or wait. Landlords deciding whether to raise rent. Owners of a handful of properties who want one clear view of what they hold.
What questions does PREO answer?
Everyday ownership questions, asked in plain words: what your property is worth today, whether to increase rent, whether a property is a good investment, what changed in your neighbourhood this month, whether to buy now or wait, and when your tenancy contract expires.
Does PREO charge commission?
No. PREO takes no commission on any transaction and has no incentive tied to whether you buy, sell or hold. That independence is the point — advice funded by the outcome it recommends isn't advice.
Where does PREO operate?
PREO is being built in Dubai and will cover the Dubai property market first, with other markets to follow.
Is PREO available yet?
Not yet. We're shaping the product with a small group of early users. Access opens through the waitlist.
